Ok, let us see what is a Harp Guitar. Harp Guitar is a guitar based stringed instrument. It has strings and fret board like a Guitar and it has also a number of additional unstopped strings which can be plucked individually. There are many variations of Harp Guitars but it is mostly identified as American Harp Guitar. A Harp Guitar generally is an Acoustic Instrument but there are Electrical Harp Guitars also. John McLaughlin is a world famous English Guitarist, bandleader, and composer. He is a pioneer of jazz fusion. Shankar Mahadevan is an Indian Singer and Composer who is famous for his Breathless Song. V Selvaganesh is an Indian Percussionist mainly playing Ganjira and Tabla. Guitar does not need any introduction but one will always want to know its origin, different types and how to select a good guitar like that.
