I am one who is suffering from similar headache and I know there are many like me. Sometimes if you press your eyeball you will feel a relaxation in the pain. The eyebrow and the forehead are two main areas apart from the side where you feel severe pain.

Sinuses are air-filled spaces inside the forehead, cheekbones and behind the bridges of the nose. When they get inflamed due to an allergic reaction or infection, they swell, make more mucus and the channels that drain them get blocked. The build up of pressure in the sinuses causes pain that feels like headache.
